Police Reports 12-11-15

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Jennifer Francisco, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ronald J. Winslow Jr., 25, of 609 Terrebonne St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:38 a.m. and charged on a warrant for criminal mischief and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies. No bail was set.
Authur Lewis, 47, of 225 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 9:06 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.
Pedro Chapuz Fabre, 36, of Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:56 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace intoxicated, proper equipment required and violation of the riding on roadways and bicycle paths law. Bail was set at $1,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Mark Walls, 49, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:46 a.m. and charged on warrants for the charges of simple assault, simple battery with medical attention and simple battery on a juvenile with medical attention. Walls was processed and released on a $1,250 bond.
Jerric Felton, 23, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:56 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Felton was processed and held with no bond set.
Earl Gunner, 26, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:22 a.m. and charged with telephone communication improper language, resisting an officer with force and disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Gunner was processed and held with no bond set.
