Police Reports 12-14-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jacob Domangue, 32, of 2415 Cypress St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:19 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery. Domangue remains at the parish jail with a $150,000 bond.
Edwin Anthony Young Jr, 36, of Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 11:53 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, criminal trespass, interfering with a law enforcement investigation, simple assault and parish ordinance related to leash law. He was later released on a $3,500 bond.
Jeremy Troy Rideaux, 27, of 504 Sixth St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:31 p.m. and charged on a warrant issued by State of Louisiana Probation and Parole for a probation violation for failure to obey instructions of court. No bail was set.
Nicole Elizabeth Ross, 26, of 201 Tamprello Ln., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:45 p.m. and charged on two warrants, both for failing to appear to court on the original charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $8,56.62.
Durell Derone Alexander, 37, of 515 St Peter St., Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 4:40 p.m. and charged for the parish ordinance related to public drinking-open containers in public and on a warrant for failing to appear to court on the charge of failure to obey traffic controls. Bail was set at $5,500.
Christian Garrett, 28, of 187 Mallard St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 2:47 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear to court on charges of domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Trampas LaPoint, 28, of 3127 Roseline St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 1:10 p.m. on the following charges: driving under the influence (first offense), resisting an officer by flight, resisting an officer by force and battery on an officer. LaPoint was transported to the local hospital for medical evaluation as he showed signs of impairment.
Jarrell Hall, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 11:27 p.m. on charges of speeding, no driver’s license, switched license plate and no insurance. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Morris Thibeau, 58, of Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:13 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Thibeau was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Danielle Wiltz, 28, of Caffery Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:00 p.m. on a warrant charging her with criminal damage to property. Wiltz was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Galen Gaudet, 56, of Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:17 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Gaudet was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Detroy Johnson, 17, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:08 p.m. on warrants charging him with theft under $100 and criminal damage to a coin operated device. Johnson was processed and held on a $2,000 bond.
Luis Cruz, 17, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:08 p.m. on warrants charging him with theft under $100 and criminal damage to a coin operated device. Cruz was processed and held on a $2,000 bond.
Leroy Alexander, 41, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 2:14 p.m. on a warrant charging him of violation of a protective order. Alexander was processed and held with no bond.
Jakhi Connor, 17, of W. Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:18 p.m. and charged with attempted burglary. Connor was processed and held with no bond.
