Police Reports 12-15-15

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Nieto Fidel, 28, and Jesus Lopez, 24, both of Lafayette, were arrested Saturday and charged with remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Austin Berard, 28, and Anthony Berard, 28, both of Duson, were arrested Sunday and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a summons.
Dwayne Clay, 32, of Manuel Ln., Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday and charged with simple battery and released on a summons.
Brooke Berard, 23, of Duson, was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of simple battery and released on a summons.
Rayshell Williams, 28, of Guillotte Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday and charged with theft and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Terrance Huckaby, 20, of Isabelle Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:52 p.m. and charged with obscenity. Huckaby was processed and held with no bond.
Jeremiah Penns, 39, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:40 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Penns was processed and released on a $500.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Julia Marshall, 17, of 1801 Rose St., Lot 7 Berwick, was arrested Monday at 12:08 p.m. and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. She was later released on a $1,500 bond.
April Aucoin, 35, of Patterson, was charged with theft Monday. Aucoin was already incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department jail when this charge was filed. No bail was set.
Carol Bowie, 53, of 109 Dinkins Rd., Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 11:20 a.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail is set at $200,000.
Christen Brown, 35, of Pierre Part, was additionally charged Monday at 3:35 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to signal. Brown was already incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department jail. No bail was set.
Juvenile female, 16, of Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 6:31 p.m. and charged with battery of a police officer and resisting and officer. Following the investigation, the juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Mia Blair, 18, of 508 Greenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:35 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $100,000.
Brennan N. Skinner, 23, of 1061 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 8:20 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of attempted unauthorized use of an access card and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. No bail was set.
J.C. Ford Jr., 29, of 107 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 11:39 p.m. and charged on an Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of prohibited acts (Schedule II). Bail was set at $12,000.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Antoinette Davis, 37, of Morgan City, was additionally charged on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Davis was already incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department jail.
