Police Reports 12-17-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Phillip Aucoin, 45, of 103 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 9 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of simple battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Freddie Luke, 69, of Lee Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:06 a.m. on warrants charging him with attempted burglary and simple criminal damage to a coin-operated device. He reportedly attempted to burglarize the device at a local car wash. Luke was released on $1,500 bond.
Bob Washington, 32, of Scott, was arrested Wednesday at 12:53 p.m. on district court warrants charging him with failure to appear on traffic violations, and 15th Judicial District Court warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of domestic abuse battery, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held awaiting transfer.
Earl Haisley, 45, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. on a sheriff’s office warrant charging him with failure to pay community notifications and failure to obtain special identification card. No bond was set.
Paris Madison, 43, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested today at midnight on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and impeding the flow of traffic. He was held on $300 bond.
