Police Reports 12-18-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dennis Manuel Gonzales, 27, of 1122 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Frank Keller Jr., 28, of 133 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 12:34 p.m. on three warrants charging him with failure to appear for drug court status conferences and not complying with the conditions of drug court. Bond is set at $300,000.
Bryan Doucet Jr., 28, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 3:10 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of unlawful use of an ID to enter a gaming establishment. Bond set at $5,000.
James Clements, 26, and Austin C. Stanford, 19, both of Bayou Vista, were arrested Thursday at 9:36 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and attempted burglary of a vehicle. No bonds were set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Blake B. Wain, 19, of 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, was arrested Thursday at 1:14 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault with a firearm and simple battery, and he was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well as violation of a drug free zone.
A deputy responded to a report from Franklin Foundation Hospital of a possible battery. The deputy reportedly learned that Wain repeatedly punched and kicked a male victim at his residence who he believed stole a weapon from him. At one point during the confrontation, Wain allegedly put a gun to the victim’s head. Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division obtained a warrant for Wain’s arrest and learned that Wain was inside an apartment in the Brownell Homes Housing Authority subdivision and obtained a warrant to search the residence for him.
Narcotics detectives assisting CID detectives with the investigation executed the search warrant at 174 Mallard St. in Morgan City. When detectives made entry into the apartment they reportedly observed Wain smoking marijuana. Wain was taken into custody on the warrant as well as the drug charges. He was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
Lee Boudreaux, 41, of Amelia, was additionally charged Thursday at 3:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with operating a clandestine laboratory. No bond was set.
Uston Rock-Sainos, 27, of 100 Myrtle St., Bayou Vista, was charged Thursday at 5:36 p.m. with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Paul Billiot, 51, of 100 Myrtle St., Bayou Vista, was arrested at the same time on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua Richard, 30, 232 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was also arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Narcotics detectives reportedly developed credible information that illegal drug activity was taking place at the residence of Rock-Sainos and Billiot. Detectives, accompanied by the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division, conducted a search warrant at the location and reportedly found multiple bags of marijuana prepackaged for sale along with plastic baggies and a digital scale all belonging to Rock-Sainos. While searching Richard, detectives also reportedly located a bag of marijuana. A small amount of marijuana along with a pipe and grinder were also allegedly located in Billiot’s bedroom. Detectives released Billiot and Richard on summonses to appear in court. Rock-Sainos was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Logan Parker, 17, of St. Joseph Ln., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting, criminal trespass and disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Parker was processed and held on a $1,500 bond.
Stafford Starks Jr., 17, of Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting, criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and proceeds derived from drug transactions. Starks was processed and held with no bond.
Nino Soprano, 19, of Martin Luther King Street., Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and proceeds derived from drug transactions. Soprano was processed and held with no bond.
Emilio Soprano, 19, of Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and proceeds derived from drug transactions. Soprano was processed and held with no bond.
Da’Myrick Parker, 18, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and criminal trespassing. Parker was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
Ta’Mon Lockette, 19, of Bollard Street, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 5:10 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and proceeds derived from drug transactions. Lockette was processed and released on a $4,000.
Chris Batiste, 47, of Irish Bend Rd., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:11 p.m. and charged with theft under $300. Batiste was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of shoplifting. Batiste was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
