Police Reports 2-25-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Myles Morgan, 27, of 1004 Front St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:24 a.m. on a warrant charging him with attempted unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
A juvenile male, age 13, of Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 8:01 a.m. on a charge of simple battery after an alleged incident on a school bus. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
A juvenile male, 14, of Franklin, and another, 15, of Bayou Vista, were arrested Tuesday at 10:19 a.m. on charges of simple battery after an alleged incident at the St. Mary Alternative School. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
A juvenile male, 11, of Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:41 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault after an alleged incident at the St. Mary Alternative School. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Joey Francois, 34, of 229 Robin St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:14 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of fishing without a license. No bond was set.
Latin Boutte, 22, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 5:20 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple burglary. No bond was set. The warrant stems from an investigation initiated in December when investigators reportedly learned that Boutte and another individual broke into a truck on the Charenton Levee near Lake Fausse Point. Items reportedly stolen from the truck include a 9mm pistol and two Apple iPods.
Mark Buteaux, 47, of 128 Shady Grove, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 8:14 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Jose Quintanilla, 17, of 715 Arlington St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:32 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and violation of a drug free zone. He was released on a summons.
Cade Hatch, 17, of 713 Prairie Road, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:32 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Joseph Quebedeaux, 35, of Arnaudville, Tuesday at 10:38 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
