Police Reports 3-11-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bridgett Jackson, 24, of 124 Welch Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:14 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I (marijuana), possession of Schedule II (promethazine/codeine) and and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was released on a $2,500 bond.
Christopher M. Sinitiere, 32, of 4685 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:54 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to pay annual registration fee as a sex offender. No bail was set.
Desirae Eastling, 34, of Lafayette, was arrested Thursday at 12:23 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and resisting an officer and warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bail was set at $3,000.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Erick Hernandez, 25, of Grandwood Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday and charged with remaining where forbidden. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Marshall Bell, 38, of Sanders Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:07 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotic (synthetic cannabinoids) third offense. The officer placed Bell under arrest and transported him to LEC.
