Police Reports 3-20-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Amber Swanson, 17, of 1605 Hickory St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 12:44 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $500 bond.
Rocky Cheramie, 24, of Galliano, was arrested Thursday at 1:56 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of hunting migratory game birds during illegal hours. He was released on $500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Phillip Comeaux, 44, of Third Street, Franklin, Thursday at 8:50 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $28,531 bond.
Jwarski Jack, 20, of AB Martin Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 2:40 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, general speed law, aggravated obstruction of a highway, no turn signal, reckless operation, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.
Jre’Von Anderson, 21, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:35 a.m. on sheriff’s warrants charging him with remaining where forbidden, disturbing the peace and criminal damage to property. He was also charged on a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of careless operation and failure to honor a written promise. Anderson was held on $1,750 bond.
