Police Reports 3-28-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Michael Hebert, 44, of Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:13 a.m. and charged on a warrant charging him with theft of goods under $300. Hebert was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Francis Casmire Jr., 58, of Beach Stret, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:36 a.m. on a warrant charging him with parole violation. Casmire was additionally charged with resisting an officer. Casmire was processed and held with no bond set.
Morris Thibeaux, 60, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:50 p.m. and charged with remaining where forbidden. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $500 bond.
