Police Reports 4-6-16
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Trevor Woodward, 20, of Copeville, Texas, was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Daniel Alvarado-Lopez, 22, of Southeast Boulevard, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, flight from an officer and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Dorian Linscomb, 41, of Eves Street., Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday and charged on Chitimacha Police warrants with remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer, resisting an officer with force, and public intimidation. Bond was set at $12,000.
Bricelon Martin, 19, of Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, was arrested Monday and charged on Chitimacha Police warrants for criminal trespassing, remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer by flight and child desertion. Bond set at $4000.
Carlon Gonsoulin, 26, of Rose Road, Centerville, was arrested Monday and charged with theft under $100. He was incarcerated in the parish jail.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Mary R. Driskill, 61, of 3107 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with improper lane usage, possession of Schedule II with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law. No bail was set.
Miles J. Borel, 42, of 109 Mercury Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:23 p.m. and charged with multiple counts of possession of Schedule II, II and IV drugs with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Taylor Davis, 17, of 124 Natalie Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 2:26 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Davis was released on a summons to appear in court.
Stephanie Robertson, 32, of 102 Chenevert St., Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 3:41 p.m. and charged with driver must be licensed, no insurance and driving on the right side of the road. Robertson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Corey Stevens, 30, of 1915 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $201,500.
David Stevens Jr., 42, of 437 Wilson St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 4:06 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal mischief. D. Stevens bail is set at $5,000.
Eric Harvey, 32, of 415 Adams St. Apt. 4, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:13 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of distribution of marijuana. No bail was set.
Cedric P. Griffin, 34, of 607 Park St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs-third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Dylan Dwyer, 17, of Chitimacha Trail, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 11:30 p.m. for the charge of simple burglary. Dwyer was processed and held with no bond set.
On Tuesday, a 16 year old male was arrested and charged with simple burglary. The juvenile was released to a legal guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
