Police Reports 9-10-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Danny Nguyen, 50, of 6019 La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:47 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of expired boat registration and no boat numbers. He was released on $500 bond.
Ronald Wesley Jr., 33, of 19817 La. 182, Sorrel, was arrested Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second degree battery with medical attention and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Naomi Lavergne Brazel, 40, of 914 Second St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:13 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and Ascension Parish warrants on charges of contempt of court and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Leonard Yarborough, 53, of 2616 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 5:22 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Fred Williams, 27, of Eighth Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:08 p.m. on charges of illegal discharge of a firearm, disturbing the peace, simple battery and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
Charles Foulcard Jr., 29, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:43 a.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a dog ordinance violation. He was released on $307 bond.
