Police Reports 9-22-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Marcus Ledet, 41, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7 p.m., and charged with driving with a suspended license from a prior DWI. Bond had not been set.
Lawrence Milton, 60, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:58 p.m., and charged with DWI, unsafe motor vehicle and driving left of center after an accident on Willow and Second streets. Bond had not been set.
Craig Albarado, 51, of Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 9:21 a.m. on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension, switched license plate, failure to transfer registration and no insurance. He was released on a $500 bond.
Chance Skinner, 39, of Bayouview Drive, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:20 p.m., on warrants from 17th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks under $100; two warrants from City Court of Thibodeaux for issuing worthless checks. Skinner was released on a $1,450 bond.
Carlena Charles, 32, of Boudreaux Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 3:37 p.m., on a warrant from 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods and on a warrant from Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. Charles was released on a $2,000 bond.
Danielle Edwards, 29, of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:12 p.m., on a charge of third offense possession of marijuana and on a 16th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear on traffic violations. Bond had not been set.
Martina Span, 32, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:26 p.m., on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods under $500. Span was released on a $1,500 bond.
Tahjiana Peters, 20, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:13 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods under $300. Peters was released on a $1,000 bond.
Keiarius Gordon, 26, of Samuel Street Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:07 p.m., on a charge of theft of goods. Gordon was released on a $1,600 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Cody White, 22, of 2323 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 6:24 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Brandon Gaudet, 25, of 1683 La. 317, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 8:55 a.m. on four warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, abuse of toxic vapors, hit and run driving, driving under suspension, expired inspection sticker, expired vehicle license, failure to stop, no insurance, careless operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate and criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $45,998.94.
Bricelon L. Martin, 19, of 018 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Monday at 11:30 a.m. on charges of criminal trespass and theft of a bicycle. Bond was set at $2,000.
Ryan A. Billiot, 34, of 101 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was charged on a warrant for hit and run driving Monday at 12:40 pm. Billiot was already incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center when the charges were filed. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Wayne W. Green Jr., 19, of 15 Fortier Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 5:36 p.m. on charges of burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft over $500 and criminal damage to property. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Edwin Fonseca, 26, of 706 Duval St., Apt. 4, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 9:41 p.m. on three warrants charging him with criminal damage to property and failure to appear for court in Terrebonne Parish on charges of two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speeding.
Bond had not been set as of this morning.
