David Levingston shot a 64 on Friday, playing from the Eagle Tees. He had eight birdies and no bogies. Playing partner Koby Percle said, “It's the best round I've ever seen. He had short putts for birdie all day. Really incredible.” The round marks the best score recorded from the Eagle Tees. The course record from the Gator Tees belongs to Tillman Simmons, who recorded a 66 in 2006.
“I had everything going for me today and beat Koby Percle (72) by (eight) shots. That's hard to do, but it was one of them days. One to remember.” (Submitted Photo/Courtesy of The Atchafalaya at Idlewild)
