Lady Tigers come up short against VCHS

ABBEVILLE _ Vermilion Catholic’s Lady Eagles notched a 38-27 District 7-A win over the Hanson Memorial Lady Tigers here last Friday at the VCHS Gym.
Stephanie Roig led the Lady Tigers in scoring with eight points.
Other top scorers for the HMS Lady Tigers were: Macie Guillotte, 7; Haley Bolinger, 6; Baylee Young, 4 and Sarah Sonnier, 2.
Hanson Memorial girls and boys are scheduled to travel to Ascension Episcopal tonight in league play.
