CCHS, Patterson close regular season with district wins

CCHS to face Cedar Creek Monday

Central Catholic High School will begin Division IV postseason play Monday when it travels to face Cedar Creek in Ruston in a 6 p.m. contest. Central Catholic enters the contest as the No. 11 seed, while Cedar Creek is the No. 6 seed. Both teams received first-round byes. The Central Catholic High School girls’ basketball team will begin postseason play Monday when it travels to face Cedar Creek in a Division IV regional round contest set for 6 p.m. in Ruston.

MCHS falls in Class 4A first-round

Morgan City High School fell in first-round Class 4A playoff action at Rayne High School Thursday, 74-55. No individual stats were submitted today. Look for more in Monday's newspaper.
