Aug. 16 is final day of quilt show

Bayou Belles and Rumpled Quilts guilds annual Quilt Show will be open to free public viewing through Saturday at the Artists Guild Unlimited Everett Street Gallery, in Morgan City. Hours are 1 to 4 p.m. through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Quilts on display include the one above titled “Freeze” created by Georgia Hoyer and Sue Williams, and quilted by Pat Gray. There will be a raffle for a quilt at the conclusion of the show.
