Summer Luau Dance is Aug. 9

The St. Mary Council on Aging, the Golden Age Club in Franklin and American Legion Post 242 near Patterson are co-sponsoring a Summer Luau Dance on Aug. 9. Music will by a disc jockey and festivities will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. at Post 242 on U.S. 90 near Patterson.
Food will be provided by Post 242 and its Ladies Auxiliary. Beverages will be sold by the Post.
Admission is $6 and those attending must be 50 or older.
Sponsors request that participants “come dressed to suit the luau theme.”
