Adonis Crown Club members gathered for an annual dinner on Feb. 1 at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City. The club is composed of past queens and wives of past kings of the Krewe of Adonis. Special guests were Captain Keith Leonard, King and Queen Adonis XLII Jake Breaux and Carey Gaddis. Born to Shermine Sherrill Johnson of Franklin, a boy, Mason Mekhi Johnson, on Jan. 31 at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City. He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19½ inches.
