Barge launch

LAD Services launched the first barge from its Baldwin fabrication location on the Charenton Navigation and Drainage Canal last week. The 19-acre facility is home to three fabrication shops where LAD primarily builds its own designed 55-foot by 300-foot oil tank barges. The Port of West St. Mary purchased the former Superior Fabricators site for lease to LAD Services.
