Terry Mayon, Fallen Warriors Memorial Project co-chairman, accepted a $5,000 donation from Greg Hamer Sr. Representing the Hamer family are Greg Hamer Jr., Greg Hamer Sr., Mayon and sons-in-law, John Hover and Jay LeBlanc. The Fallen Warriors Memorial is being designed to honor those 46 soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines from the Tri-City area, beginning with World War I, who gave their lives in defense of our country.
