Foundation Hospital brings in three new staff members

Franklin Foundation Hospital announces new leadership on the hospital staff.
The hospital has filled vacancies that will assist in moving forward with its 2015 Strategic Plan.
Craig Cudworth, FACHE, arrived in Franklin just after the holidays to fill the role of acting chief executive officer. He comes to the position as an 18-year veteran with Quorum Healthcare Services. Cudworth has filled the position of acting CEO throughout the southern region of the United States and brings that knowledge and expertise to assist FFH in moving forward. He lives in Grapevine, Texas with his wife, Janie. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.
Fred Stevenson, MHA, MSHRM, joined the FFH team the second week of December as Director of Physician Services. In this role Stevenson will manage the operations of the physician clinics, supervise the staff, facilitate relations with physicians, acts as a member of the physician recruitment team and offer leadership for the organization through his position on the Senior Management Team.
Stevenson was born and raised in Alexandria, and served in the U.S. Navy as a Medical Service Corps officer for more than 26 years. He worked for the Veterans Healthcare System in New Orleans prior to accepting the position in Franklin. He and his wife, Valarie, have two children, Erin and Jace.
Dawn Kaiser moved to Franklin at the end of August and joined the team at FFH as the Business Development and Marketing coordinator in December. She brings considerable experience from a 20-year diverse health care career, holding positions such as; nursing home assistant administrator, director of community relations, executive director of Parkview Foundation and an administrator of a durable medical equipment company, all of which were located in central Texas.
Building relationships and networking with local organizations as well as educating and informing the community of FFH programs, services and dedicated staff is a primary focus for her agenda. She will also assist with physician recruitment, special events, philanthropy, serve as the liaison to the Ladies Auxiliary and more. Dawn and her finance, Donald have five children together and six grandchildren.
Kaiser said healthcare is one of the strongest pillars in the community and residents within the parish can and should have a relationship with their local health care system.
