Radio personality Josh “DJ Fab” Singleton of KBZE 105.9 the Breeze led the 21st Annual Krewe of Head Start Recruitment Parade Saturday through downtown Franklin. This year’s theme was “The Mini Human Jukebox” based on the different genres of music enjoyed in South Louisiana.
