The Krewe of Hannibal presented its 36th Carnival ball Saturday with King Hannibal XXXIV Dwight J. Smith and Queen Cleopatra XXXIV Ethel H. Carbins presented as its 2014 royalty. They represented King and Queen of Eden in keeping with the tableau theme, “The Enchanted Garden.”
