MCJHS art show winners

These Morgan City Junior High School students were recognized in the middle school category at the 18th annual St. Mary Parish Student Art Show. Top row from left: Alexa Holmes Emma Dugas and Vanessa Valdez. Bottom row: Aymie Pearce, Braylyn Pierce, Carson Gagliano and Mark Broussard. In the drawing and painting category, Carson Gagliano won first place and an honorable mention, while Mark Broussard, Aymie Pearce and Emma Dugas also received honorable mentions. In the sculpture category, Braylyn Pierce won first place, Vanessa Valadez won third place and Alexa Holmes received an honorable mention.
