A worker paints the Maple Street water tower Tuesday afternoon in Morgan City. The water tower is one of four in the city. The city has a maintenance agreement with Utility Services to maintain the towers, Morgan City Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Manager Murphy Arcemont said.
