MRS. WILLIE MAE McDANIEL DUGAS

Mrs. Willie Mae McDaniel Dugas, 56, a resident of Franklin and native of Lafayette, died Sunday, April 5, 2015, at 4:37 a.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital following a short illness.
Visitations will be observed Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Second St. in Franklin. Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 1 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. Noah Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery on Irish Bend in Franklin.
Survivors include four sons, Travis Dewayne McDaniel (his wife, Ingrid), Robert Antonio McDaniel (his wife, Elithia), Ronald Keith McDaniel and Courtney DeJuan McDaniel, all of Franklin; four daughters, Miss Chantelle Lynette McDaniel, Miss Anna Felicia McDaniel and Miss Keindra Nichole McDaniel, all of Franklin, and Mrs. LaKeisha Patrice M. Augman of Patterson; two brothers, Willie McDaniel III (his wife, Florence) and Kevin McDaniel, both of Franklin; seven sisters, Ms. Catherine Ann McDaniel, Mrs. Linda Denise Bob (her husband, Lawrence), Ms. Cynthia McDaniel, Ms. Rose Lee McDaniel, Ms. Sharon Marie McDaniel, Ms. Tawana Renee’ McDaniel and Ms. Ametra Annette McDaniel, all of Franklin; a host of other relatives and friends; 16 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Mrs. Dugas was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents, her husband, one sister and one brother.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
