Only minor injury when Jeep overturns

At about 1 p.m. Wednesday, a Jeep traveling on Ninth Street near the U.S. 90 bridge exit ramp in Morgan City failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and a car struck the jeep causing the jeep to flip over, Morgan City Police Capt. Teddy Liner said. One person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, Liner said.
