Police Reports 10-22-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Robert Bergeron, 71, of 3040 Diane Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 9:17 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with home invasion. He was held on $10,000 bond.
Taylor R. Brown, 18, of 415 Mike Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 2:29 p.m. on a charge of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Crystal Clark Hart, 30, of 221 Jones St., Apt. 14, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 3:27 p.m. on warrants charging her with simple assault, disturbing the peace, probation violation, failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension, expired inspection, no proof of insurance and theft of goods. No bond was set.
Chantal Ruffin, 25, of Siracusaville, was arrested Tuesday at 7:13 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of improper turning and suspended license. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Phi Duval, 30, of 1624 Mayon St., No. 1, Morgan City, Tuesday at 8:26 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Giang Duval, 33, of 245 Wren St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 8:26 p.m. on a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Chantal Burke, 20, of Patterson, Tuesday at 6 pm. on a St. Mary sheriff’s warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of child desertion. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Eugene Green, 35, of La. 182, Centerville, Tuesday at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple robbery. No bond was set.
Charles Foulcard Jr., 28, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:01 p.m. on a charge of violation of the dangerous and vicious animal law. He was released on $500 bond.
Kient Martin, 25 of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2 p.m. on district court failure to appear warrants on charges of speeding, seat belt violation and failure to honor a written promise. Bond was set at $434.
Roger Sullivan, 53, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:20 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, open alcohol container, unlawful possession of two driver’s licenses and possession of Lorazepam. No bond was set.
Tony Gibson, 50, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:04 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and simple battery. He was released on $750 bond.
