Qualifying starts today for Nov. election

Candidate qualifying for the Nov. 4 election began this morning and continues through Friday.

—District judge, Div. A: Anthony “Tony” Thibodeaux and Dean M. Wattigny.
—District judge, Div. F: Gregory P. Aucoin.
City court judge, Franklin: James Supple.
—City court marshal, Franklin: David J. McCoy Jr.
—School board, District 3: Kenneth E. “Kenny” Alfred.
—School board, District 5: Ginger S. Griffin.
—School board, District 7: Wayne J. Deslatte.
—School board, District 8: “Mike” Taylor.
