Ribbon cutting for Todd Gallery

A ribbon cutting was held Friday for Franklin’s newest business, Todd Photo Creations Art Gallery. Owner Francis Todd was joined by friends, family, local officials and Chamber of Commerce members to celebrate the occasion. The business is located at 700 Main St. and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and by appointment. For more information, call (337) 578-4144.
