Second arrest made in Four Corners shooting Nov. 15
Detectives investigating a shooting in Four Corners arrested 24-year-old Donyll L. Robertson on a warrant charging him with attempted second degree murder Wednesday.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported that detectives identified Robertson as the second shooter in the incident that took place on the afternoon of Nov. 15, on Jones Road #2.
Two persons sustained gunshot wounds in the shooting. Detectives reportedly learned that Kendall Hines, one of the wounded subjects, fired several rounds during an argument striking a 30-year-old male victim. Hines was arrested on Nov. 18.
Hebert said evidence at the scene indicated that another subject returned fire striking Hines. Detectives secured a warrant for Robertson’s arrest and took him into custody Wednesday at 2:42 p.m. at his residence at 258 Jones Road #1 in Four Corners.
Robertson was booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.
