Texas murder suspect arrested in Patterson

A man wanted in Harris County, Texas, on a murder charge was arrested Friday at an apartment in Patterson, a news release from St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert said.
Andrew Levy Griffin, 23, of Houston, Texas, was arrested at 536 p.m. Friday after information was received that he was at an apartment in Patterson, the news release stated.
Griffin, was wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred during a drive by shooting on March 19.
The arrest is the result of a joint operation with U.S. Marshal's Task Force, Louisiana State Police, St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, Morgan City Police Department, and Patterson Police Department.
Griffin was taken to the St Mary Parish jail.
