Volunteer honors

Juanita Clements was recently honored with the Volunteer of the Year award by the St. Mary Soil and Water Conservation District and USDA Service Center. Clements, second from left in front, regularly volunteers for a variety of projects and is always willing to lend a helpful hand to the farmers, landowners and citizens of St. Mary Parish. She is the sponsor of the La. 182 Beautification project which provides the citizens of St. Mary Parish with live oak trees.
