Franklin Police received a report of an armed robbery in progress at the Capital One Bank branch on Northwest Boulevard Wednesday morning.
PATTERSON — The Patterson City Council on Tuesday gave business owners another 90 days to comply with rules requiring the installation of video surveillance equipment.
