Hanson Lady Tigers win over Lady Knights

Hanson Memorial’s Lady Tigers defeated the Lafayette Christian Academy Lady Knights by a score of 49-33 Tuesday in District 7-A action at the Billy Gene Talbot Gym.
Stephanie Roig led the Lady Tigers with 14 points while Alyssa Young poured in 11 points.
Rounding out the scoring for the Lady Tigers were: Sarah Sonnier, 7; Macie Guillotte, 7; Haley Bollinger, 3; Kimberly Sonnier, 3 and Baylee Young, 2.
IN BOYS ACTION, Lafayette Christian rolled to an 86-43 win over the Hanson Memorial Tigers.
Jacob Stewart poured in a team-high 16 points to lead the Tigers while Royce Norton contributed 10 points.
Other top scorers for HMS were: Josh Sanchez, 5; Jacob Hebert, 4; Kameron Clements, 4; Brennan Young, 3 and Micah Baker, 3.
