Acadiana Mega Raffle bonus drawing to be held Friday; Wednesday is last day to buy tickets

The last opportunity to buy tickets for Friday’s Acadiana Mega Raffle bonus drawing is midnight Wednesday.
Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased online at www.AcadianaMegaRaffle.com.
The raffle is held to support Community Foundation of Acadiana and benefit its eight south-central Louisiana parishes.
The grand prize is $500,000. Other prizes include cars, trucks, boats, jewelry, home furnishing and appliances, electronics, trips, sporting event tickets and outdoor items.
A total of 30,000 tickets are to be sold.
The grand prize drawing is scheduled Sept. 12.
The draws will be conducted electronically via a random number generator and the process will be monitored by an independent public accounting firm.
