Water service outages planned

The City of Morgan City will be replacing two fire hydrants on Thursday.
Water service will temporarily be interrupted in the area of Ninth Street and Ditch Avenue, and in the area of Third and Freret streets.
The Ninth Street area will experience an outage from 8 to 10 a.m., barring any emergency situation that may occur. The Third Street area will experience an outage from about 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., also barring any emergency situation.
