City hosts juvenile officers conference
The City of Franklin will host the 58th Annual Louisiana Juvenile Officers Association Training Conference March 1-6.
The conference will feature educational sessions on the topics of human trafficking, sex crimes investigations, juvenile law update, ethics, domestic violence, OJJDP compliance and mental health.
Additionally, there will be events and activities that will highlight the beauty, culture, cuisine and history of Franklin, including the annual Art Walk on March 4.
