Parish fair recognitions

Alex Lovell, above, received the St. Mary Parish Junior Fair and Livestock Show award for Champion Brahman Bull and La. Bred. Lovell also garnered honors for Champion Supreme Bull, Showmanship Champion Senior and Premier Exhibitor First Place Beef Senior. Below, Hailey Saucier received the Champion Commercial Non-Brahman Heifer award. Both are shown with Franklin Mayor Raymond Harris, St. Mary Parish President Paul Naquin and St. Mary Superintendent of Schools Dr. Donald Aguillard. The fair was held at Franklin Senior High School in January.
