Two arrested in Baldwin shooting

Baldwin Police arrested two persons recently in connection with a shooting in late January.
Chief Harry Smith Jr. reported that Franklin Foundation Hospital contacted Baldwin Police regarding a shooting victim.
The victim, Trey Rouchon, no age or address given, reportedly had a gunshot wound to the upper chest.
Police learned that Rouchon was allegedly in Baldwin with friends intending to buy a gun when someone approached and he was robbed at gunpoint.
Arrested was Glenn Marsh Jr., 19, on Jan. 27 at 10:30 p.m. Marsh, of 414 Bollard St., Baldwin, was charged with conspiracy, armed robbery and accessory after the fact of attempted first degree murder. No bond was set.
The alleged shooter was identified as Donavon Sentrell Washington, 18, of 510 Labau St., Baldwin. He is charged with conspiracy, attempted first degree murder, armed robbery and illegal discharge of a firearm.
No bond was set on Washington and no further details were available.
