Police Reports 2-24-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Emilie Pittman, 21, of 600 Superior Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 10:14 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of disturbing the peace, battery on an officer, criminal mischief and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Leroy Lloyd Trim Jr., 41, of 143 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:14 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of “violation of animals at large.” He was released on $500 bond.
Crystal Duhon, 42, of 294 Ricohoc Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:52 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of issuing worthless checks and theft under $500. No bond was set.
Tony Stanton, 25, of 3023 Allison St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 12:15 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
James Voisin, 39, of 459 Kyle St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 5:49 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and was held on $4,505 bond.
Marcus Robertson, 32, of 2012 Patricia Ann St., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 3:24 a.m. on a charge of possession of cocaine. No bond was set.
Phillip Taylor, 32, of Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 8:56 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property and was released on a summons.
Thomas Clay, 52, of 101 Westside Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 12:10 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and was released on $250 bond.
Scott Louviere, 30, of 1370 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:47 a.m. on charges of failure to signal turn and driving under suspension. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Nathan Marshall, 36, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 11:54 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and was released on a summons.
Adrian Marshall, 25, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 11:54 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and was released on a summons.
Arthur Jack, 20, of 152 Mary Gary St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 5:46 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft and held with no bond set.
Nicholas Gimmett, 34, of 124 South Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 10:19 p.m. on charges of two counts criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Leroy Alexander, 40, of 202 Jones Road No. 1, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 10:25 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family and Jeanerette warrants charging him with two counts of simple assault and violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Darnel Phillips, 35, of 1148 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:45 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Exavier Guidry Sr., 29, of Rayne, was arrested Monday at 5:28 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and was held on $4,310 bond.
Patrice Sexton, 38, of 327 Hebert St., Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 8:50 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding and was released on $298 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Cierra Smith, 25, of BDC Lane, Centerville, Friday at 4:33 p.m. on charges of failure to signal turn, second offense possession of marijuana, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice. She was released on $3,000 bond.
