Police Reports 3-6-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Nathan Lovell III, 21, of 131 Riverview Drive, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 4:57 p.m. on a Patterson warrant charging him with possession of stolen property. He was released on $500 bond.
Saddrick Neddie, 38, of Siracusaville, was arrested Thursday at 7:43 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that Terrance Ballet Jr., 20, of Bud Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:43 p.m. by Morgan City police on a Third Ward Court bench warrant charging him with speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on $376 bond.
Joseph James, 34, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:10 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, second offense possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer with force, disturbing the peace and abuse of toxic vapors. He was also charged on a Third Ward Court bench warrant with charges of no driver’s license and failure to yield to emergency vehicles. No bond was set.
