Police Reports 3-16-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Duanyell Williams, 40, of 1815 Becky Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:09 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $500 bond.
Paul Fitch, 48, of Schriever, was arrested Friday at 1:22 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of simple battery, disturbing the peace intoxicated and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Michael Berry, 58, of New Orleans, was arrested Friday at 4:11 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to register as a sex offender and failure to notify police of change of address. No bond was set.
Joel Floyd II, 26, of 1711 Cross Road No. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 9:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery-child endangerment. No bond was set.
Phillip J. Jordan, 49, of Siracusaville, was arrested Friday at 10:24 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. He was held on $500 bond.
Willie Vallet Jr., 47, of 701 Marshall St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 10:29 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of aggravated flight from an officer where human life is in danger, reckless operation, no driver’s license, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Lashown J. Phillips, 43, of 929 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 8:32 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay annual registration fee as a sex offender and failure to obtain special identification as a sex offender. No bond was set.
A female juvenile, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 p.m. on charges of hit and run and no driver’s license. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Larosa Washington, 60, of Siracusaville, was arrested Saturday at 11:14 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and held with no bond set.
Alvin Ferrande, 26, of 111 Robicheaux Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Sunday at 10:37 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and a Lafourche Parish warrant on charges of cyber stalking and telephone harassment. No bond was set.
Sean Gaspard, 28, of 1204 Josephine St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:06 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of possession of cocaine and heroin and criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
A juvenile female, 15, of Franklin, and Shirley Maturin, 49, of 234 Jones Road No. 1, Lot 1, were arrested Sunday at 5:50 p.m. on charges of simple battery. The juvenile was released to guardians pending juvenile court and Maturin was released on $500 bond.
William Hale III, 27, of 2128 Becnel St., Franklin, was arrested today at 1:31 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and two counts of resisting an officer. Bond was set at $2,500.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Michael Ryder, 46, of Senette Street, Centerville, Thursday at 11:44 a.m. on charges of illegal use of weapons, aggravated criminal damage to property and aggravated drive-by shooting. He was released on $7,500 bond.
Antonio Davis, 27, of Ivory Lane, Charenton, was arrested Friday at 2:15 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault. He was released on bond.
Latarsha Collins, 41, of Magnolia Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:19 p.m. on a charge of reckless operation and released on $1,000 bond.
Dustin Thibodeaux, 24, of Dixie Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7 p.m. on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession in the presence of a juvenile and second offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with Jeanerette failure to appear warrants on charges of simple criminal damage to property, simple assault and domestic violence. No bond was set.
Albert Mack Jr., 40, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:54 a.m. on charges of open alcohol container and illegal carrying of a weapon. He was held on $1,500 bond.
