Ribbon cutting at Salon Chez Jolie

St. Mary Chamber of Commerce representatives, local officials and well-wishers participated in a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony Wednesday at Salon Chez Jolie, the former Head To Toe, at 1502 Main St., Suite 3, in Franklin. Services offered at Salon Chez Jolie include but are not limited to haircuts, hair coloring, up do’s, pedicures in whirlpool footbaths, manicures and eyebrow waxing.
