City’s summer food program set June 1

The City of Franklin is participating in the Summer Food Service Program.
Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participating requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows: Broussard-Harris Recreation Center on Fourth Street and City Park Recreation Center on Gumm Street will begin Monday through Friday, June 1 through July 17 (closed on July 3) serving breakfast from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.; and lunch from noon to 1 p.m., at both sites.
