Police Reports 9-252-15

Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bruce Gaspard, 61, of 6801 La. 182 Apt. 1, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:11 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving in left lane and released on a summons.
Anthony Kidder, 28, of 1200 Clement Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 2:14 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana, naproxen, Suboxone and drug paraphernalia. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Linda Butkus, 56, and Peter D. Butkus, 60, both of Houma, were arrested Thursday at 2:53 p.m. on warrants releated to a disturbance at Burns Point in April 2014. Linda Butkus was charged with domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace and Peter D. Butkus was charged with simple battery and disturbing the peace. Both were released after posting $750 bonds.
Eric Howard Jr., 17, of 240 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 3:09 p.m. on two counts of simple burglary in connection with vehicle burglaries. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrests of Vinnie Austin Jr., 21, of Blakesley Street, Franklin at 4:50 p.m. Thursday on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace. Bond was set at $1,000.
