Ministerial Alliance Thanksgiving Service is Sunday

The Bayou Vista Baptist Church, 411 Field Road, Bayou Vista, will host the East St. Mary Ministerial Alliance Annual Thanksgiving Service this year. The event will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday. The East St. Mary Ministerial Alliance is made up of several different denominational churches in our area. The speaker this year is the Rev. Nolen Borel, pastor of Berwick Pentecostal Church. Borel, shown with wife Julene, just celebrated 35 years as pastor of Berwick Pentecostal. There will be orchestra rehearsal at 4:30 p.m. and choir at 5 p.m. if you would like to be part of either of these.
