Police Reports 11-13-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dwayne J. Provost, 32, of 625 Hebert St., Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 7 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and held with no bond set.
Ebony P. Francois, 33, of 709 Park St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation and released on $5,000 bond.
Tyrone Weber, 31, of 115 Kerry Lane, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 8:14 p.m. on charges of simple battery, simple assault, resisting an officer, disturbing the peace, criminal damage to property, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Devin Metrejean, 22, of 516 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 6:37 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of direct contempt, no driver’s license, driving on wrong side of the road, switched license plate and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on a $380 fine.
A juvenile male, 16, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 4:33 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized u se of an inhabited dwelling. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Desmond D. Francis, 27, of 10723 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:40 p.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things and a failure to appear warrant on charges of reckless operation. He was released on $3,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Brian Henderson, 32, of 736 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 7:02 p.m. on warrants charging him with violation of a drug free zone, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Darrell Orgeron, 45, of 3278 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Wilson Bailey, 36, of 511 Belanger St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:04 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and released on a summons.
Irvin Celestine Jr., 33, of 121B Eleventh St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:50 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a firearm by a convicted felon and in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Department Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kevin James, 31, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:19 a.m. on warrants charging him with driver must be licensed and resisting an officer. James was processed and released on a $1,250 bond.
Kashia Jackson, 24, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:29 p.m. and charged with no insurance and driving under suspension. Jackson was also arrested on a warrant for the City of Patterson for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and driving under suspension. Jackson was processed and held on a $1,250 bond.
Jon Ireland, 30, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:07 a.m. and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting an officer. Ireland was also arrested on a warrant for Baldwin Police Department for the Town of Baldwin for failure to appear on the charge of no seat belt. Ireland was processed and held on a $1,500 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Summer Mestayer, 36, of New Iberia, Monday on an Iberia Parish warrant charging her with probation violation on an original charge of child desertion. No bond was set.
A male juvenile, 16, was arrested Monday on a charge of curfew violation and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Simon Lonning, of Waterloo, Iowa, was arrested Monday on a charge of alcohol consumption, underaged. He was released on a summons.
John Paul Darden Jr., 34, of Choctaw Street, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of theft under $500 and held with no bond set.
