Miss Franklin Royalty

The 2015 Miss Franklin Scholarship Pageant was held Saturday at the Teche Theatre for the Performing Arts. Ashley Pierce, left, was crowned Miss Franklin and Kandace Champagne, right, was crowned Teen Miss Franklin. Other winners were First Maid Megan Verrette; Teen Miss First Maid Mallory Perry; Pre-Teen Miss Natalie Davis; Pre-Teen First Maid and Fashion Winner Gabrielle Millet; Deb Miss, Most Photogenic and Fashion Winner Kori Do; Baby Master Franklin and Fashion Winner Jayden DeHart; Baby Prince and Most PhotogenicWyatt Chauvin. Teen Miss Franklin Kandace Champagne also received Most Photogenic. The Miss Franklin Pageant was dedicated to the memory of Mayci Breaux and the theme was “Franklin Strong.” Judges for the event were Miss Franklin Queen Barbue 1984 Tracie Breaux Dupuy and Lynette Breaux Bagala.
