Police Reports 11-24-15

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Darryl Phillips, 33, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday and charged with criminal trespassing and a 16th Judicial Court warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on the charge of criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Troy A. Jones, 30, of 1426 James St., Siracusa, was arrested Monday at 9:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for theft and criminal trespass. Jones was released on a $2,000 bond.
Monica Leblanc, 61, of Carencro, was arrested Monday at 10:49 a.m. and charged with theft of goods. She was later released on $1,000 bond.
James Sargent, 45, of Houma, was arrested Monday at 11:54 a.m. and charged with theft of goods and criminal trespass. Sargent was released on a summons to appear in court.
Calvin Washington, 55, of 308 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:09 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator and failure to pay the annual registration fee as a sex offender or child predator. No bail was set.
Slydrick Bernard, 39, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 3:01 p.m. and charged on a warrant for improper telecommunications (telephone harassment) and terrorizing. No bail was set.
A juvenile male, 13, of Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:14 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass. The juvenile was released to a guardian.
Damien Adams, 21, of Abbeville, was arrested Monday at 4:37 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Adams was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Ken Wiggins, 42, of 236 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 9:24 p.m. and charged with theft. Wiggins was released on a summons to appear in court.
Breonne L. Bowie, 27, of 421 Lockett Road #2, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:04 p.m. and charged with the following offenses: warrant for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace (intoxication), warrant for failure to appear on the charge of aggravated flight from an officer, warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference, warrant for Chitimacha Police Department on charges of battery of a police officer and criminal trespass, simple escape, theft and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Department Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jermayne Washington, 17, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:02 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the Kenner Police Department charging him with terrorizing. No bond was set.
Derek David, 52, of Broussard, was arrested Monday at 1:14 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension with prior DWI. David was released on a $1,500 bond.
Wilfred Richardson Jr., 35, of Mallard Street, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 4:40 p.m. and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Richardson was also arrested on a warrant for the Patterson Police Department charging him with theft by shoplifting. No bond was set.
Johnny Darden, 36, of Choctaw Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 11:13 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, unlawful refusal to submit to a chemical test and tail lamp required. No bond was set.
Van Blanchard, 31, of Josephine Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:36 a.m. and charged on a bench warrant for failure to appear at Third Ward City Court for possession of marijuana. Blanchard was processed and held on a $588 bond.
